Mehmet Şevket Erol is the Founding Partner of Metallion Partners, bringing more than 35 years of hands-on executive leadership across the global mining, metallurgy, and heavy industrial sectors.
A metallurgical engineer by training, Mr. Erol has held General Manager, C-level and board membership positions in some of the world's most demanding operational environments, leading complex industrial organizations across Turkey, the Balkans, Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, North America, and South America.
His career spans the full spectrum of industrial leadership: from plant-floor operations to boardroom strategy, from crisis turnarounds to greenfield project execution. This unique combination of technical depth and executive vision enables Metallion Partners to deliver solutions that are both strategically sound and operationally actionable.
